Complaints Procedure

We operate a practice-based complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our system meets the national criteria. Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur. Our Practice Manager, Ms Sarah Buckland, can give you further information.

Complaints may be made verbally, in writing or through a representative. Any comments on our provision of services, or compliments, are also welcomed.

Changes to NHS complaints process: primary care services

From 1 July 2023, NHS complaints and community pharmacy, optometry and dental commissioning will be hosted by NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board (ICB) on behalf of all ICBs across the South East.

This means that how people make a complaint about GP services is changing. If a person does not want to complain directly to a GP practice, rather than contacting NHSE, they can contact the complaints team via new contact details below:
